I have called My Son’s Church so much… and have supplicated so much during long, long years through My Instruments, so that the Hierarchy of My Son’s Church consecrate the whole world and especially Russia, to My Immaculate Heart…! This grave offense rises in this instant over all of humanity, for the entirety of My call, of My Message in Fatima has not been revealed to My Children.
HISTORICAL FACTS
1.- REQUEST FROM THE MOST HOLY VIRGIN MARY
Our Lady's request, expressed in the Second Secret and officially released by the Vatican, was to consecrate Russia:
"I will come to ask for the Consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart and the reparatory communion of the First Saturdays. If you heed my wishes Russia will be converted and there will be peace; if not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, promoting wars... various nations will be destroyed.”
On June 13, 1929, She appeared again to Sister Lucy in Tuy, Spain, together with a vision of the Most Holy Trinity, and said to her, "The time has come when God asks that the Holy Father make, in union with the Bishops of the world, the consecration of Russia.”
(It is God Himself who asks for the Consecration of Russia, promising peace and to save her, if this is done, as had been requested).
In August 1931, seeing that God's request was not being fulfilled, Our Lord Jesus Christ said to Sister Lucy: "Tell My ministers that, in view of following the example of the King of France in delaying to fulfill My request, they should also follow him in affliction.”
(The King did not want to consecrate France to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, requested by Our Lord, and thus having to endure many misfortunes.)
2.- SEVERAL ATTEMPTS WERE MADE
- Pius XII consecrated Russia to the Immaculate Heart (october 31, 1942), but not all the bishops of the world participated. (This was an indispensable condition, as requested. If ALL participate, the Universal Church is Consecrated; without their participation it is done in the name of the Church).
Later it was tried several times, but without success. Russia was not consecrated, but the world. In 1967 the "Memoirs of Sister Lucia" were published, in which she reveals the urgency of the request: the Consecration of Russia.
- John Paul II tried again on May 13, 1982. But it was not Russia that was consecrated, but the world. He declared to L'Osservatore Romano (05.19.1982), that he "had tried to do everything possible, given the circumstances.”
- The 1982 "act of Consecration" of the world did not satisfy the request, as there was no participation of all the bishops, nor mention of Russia.
- John Paul II tried again on March 25, 1984, but the world was consecrated again. Not all the bishops participated and Russia was not explicitly mentioned in this act of Consecration.
After the act, the Pope prayed: "Enlighten especially the people from whom You Yourself are waiting for our Consecration and dedication”
The following day, March 26, 1984, L'Osservatore Romano, quoted those words, exactly as he had pronounced them: "Enlighten especially the peoples, from whom You Yourself are waiting…"
- The 1984 act of Consecration of the world did not satisfy Fatima's request. It was not valid according to what had been requested.
The Pope would know that this Act did not fulfill Our Lady's request, who "still awaits" the Consecration of some locations (Russia).
3.- INVALIDITY OF THE ACT
Sister Lucia affirmed ("Sun of Fatima", September 1985): "the consecration has not yet been realized, because Russia was not the clear object of the consecration, but the world" (March 25, 1984).
On July 20, 1987, quickly interviewed while on her way to vote, Sister Lucia confirmed to journalist Enrico Romero that the consecration of Russia had not yet taken place, "because Russia was not explicitly named in that act of consecration of the world in 1984”
The world had been consecrated, but not Russia.
On October 25, 1987, Cardinal Mayer publicly acknowledged that the consecration of Russia was not carried out as requested: "Russia was not specifically named, nor did all the bishops of the world participate”
On November 26, 1987 Cardinal Stickler confirms in a private meeting, that the consecration of Russia did not take place because the Pope lacked the support of the bishops. "They do not obey him," he said.
4.- GREAT CONFUSION
The confusion is big and great: Some, knowing that Russia has not been consecrated, say that the consecration of the world is enough. Others say that Russia has already been consecrated three times. The truth is different:
Neither Sister Lucia nor John Paul II ever said publicly that the acts of consecration of the world (May 13, 1982 and March 25, 1984) satisfied Fatima’s request.
This confusion is fueled by a very ambiguous Vatican information policy. Cardinal Sodano said, at the press conference of June 26, 2000, that Russia "was already consecrated in 1981; consecration confirmed in 1982, and then ratified in 1984.”
And we can think that if the acts of 1981 and 1982 had been valid, it would not have been necessary to try again in 1984.
At the end of this letter we read:
"Sister Lucia personally confirmed that this solemn and universal act of consecration corresponded to the wishes of Our Lady: "Sim, està feita, tal como Nossa Senhora a pediu, desde o dia 25 de Março de 1984" - letter of November 8, 1989.
Sister Lucia would have confirmed the validity of this "universal act", a letter of November 8, 1989. Then she did not go personally.
And it is not said that the consecration of Russia (as requested), was already performed, but that a "solemn and universal act was performed.”
It is really very ambiguous, it does not clarify anything. It does not state, in any way, that the consecration of Russia has already been done, (which is what was asked for), but that a "solemn and universal act”.
At Fatima a "solemn and universal act" was not requested, (valid for everything, we might think). In 1917, and confirmed at Tuy in 1929, it was requested to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, to be done by the Pope together with all the bishops of the world.
And this, as we all know, has not yet been done. It has also been known for a long time that those letters to which Cardinal Sodano alludes, supposedly signed by Sister Lucia, are false.
If Sister Lucia thought that the Fatima request had already been fulfilled, we would see and hear her on television. But a letter of obscure provenance is quoted, which we now know, with all certainty, was not written by her.
And Sister Lucia had already declared in 1987, to the journalist Enrico Romero: "The act of consecration of the world, on March 25, 1984, did not correspond to Our Lady's request".
5.- IT HAS NOT BEEN FULFILLED
Fatima's request is expressed in the Second Secret, officially released by the Vatican in the middle of the 20th Century:
"God ... is going to punish the world for its crimes, by means of war, famine and persecutions of the Church.... To prevent this, I will come to ask for the Consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays.”
On June 13, 1929, in Tuy, Our Lady told Sister Lucy: "The time has come when God asks that the Pope make, in union with the Bishops of the world, the Consecration of Russia.”
- The consecration of the world on March 25, 1984 could not fulfill the heavenly request because, as Sister Lucy has personally stated, Russia was not named and not all the bishops of the world participated.
6.- IT IS NOT THAT HARD
What was requested at Fatima, on July 13, 1917, and ratified on June 13, 1929 in Tuy, was to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, "the Pope together with all the bishops of the world”.
And we all know this for a fact, but for one reason or another, it has not yet been fulfilled. We are disobeying Heaven's request. It is God who asks for it. To ignore this request is a grave error.
And even so, some (Cardinal Sodano), insist on saying that Sister Lucia would have testified that the consecration of the world would be enough. Examining these sources, we see that it says "in letters”.
Or that it was said by a Philippine president. From 1989 onwards, typed and digital letters appeared, supposedly signed by Sister Lucia, saying that the consecration of Russia had already been done.
Sister Lucia never confirmed them. Moreover, it was expertly demonstrated that Sister Lucia's signature on those letters was forged: "She does not type, much less in computer," said a cousin of hers. A forgery!
- John Paul II also never admitted that the Consecration of Russia was already done, according to the specific request of Fatima.
Neither John Paul II nor Sister Lucia ever said publicly that the 1982 and 1984 consecrations of the world had fulfilled the request.
It is talked about; it is confusing. But what is certain is that neither the Pope nor Sister Lucia have ever admitted that the consecration of Russia was carried out validly, according to what was requested at Fatima.
QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CONSECRATION OF RUSSIA
1- What is a Consecration?
Consecration is a ceremony by which a person, or group of people, or things, are set apart and dedicated to the service of God or other sacred purpose. C.f. Consecration of Russia
2- What is meant by “Consecration of Russia to Mary’s Immaculate Heart?
On July 13, 1917 Our Lady told Sister Lucy at Fatima:
"God is going to punish the world for its crimes, by means of war, famine, and persecutions of the Church and the Holy Father. ... To prevent this I will come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart.”
Our Lady's request is very simple: "Russia, the cause of so much pain in the 20th Century, must be set aside, and made Holy by her consecration to the Mother of God the Son." It was not the world that was asked to be consecrated, but Russia.
3- Why is it necessary to particularly consecrate Russia?
Because "Russia will be the instrument chosen by Heaven to punish the world," if we do not obtain the grace of her conversion. Our Lord confided to Sister Lucy that Russia would not be converted unless she was not consecrated:
"Because I want My whole Church to recognize that consecration as a triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, so as to then extend Her worship and place, side by side with devotion to My Divine Heart, devotion to this Immaculate Heart." And because it is the will of God.
4- What happens if the Consecration of Russia is not fulfilled?
Our Lady said that if the Consecration were not made, as requested at Fatima, then:
"Russia will spread her errors throughout the world promoting wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated.”
In the same way, the miraculous conversion of Russia after her Consecration, and the peace that will be granted to the world, will be a sign of the power of God's grace acting through the ministers of His Church, and the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
5- How exactly is this Consecration supposed to be performed?
Our Lady appeared to Sister Lucia in Tuy, Spain, on June 13, 1929 to tell her,
"The time has come when God asks the Holy Father to make, in union with all the Bishops of the world, the Consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart.”
And he promised to save her by this means. This expression "by this means" is conclusive, it means that the Consecration is not merely a symbol, but is the very means by which conversion will be achieved.
Without the act of consecration there will be no conversion of Russia, and without conversion, the errors of Russia (COMMUNISM) will continue to infest the world, producing persecutions of the Church, the martyrdom of the good, and the "annihilation of various nations", as was announced.
Sister Lucy has explained many times "that the act of consecration requires the Pope to choose a date on which to command the bishops of the whole world to make, each in his own cathedral and at the same time with the Pope, a solemn and public ceremony of Reparation and Consecration of Russia."
6- Isn’t Fatima simply a Private Apparition that no Catholic has to believe?
Absolutely not. The apparitions of Fatima were confirmed by a public miracle, witnessed by more than 70,000 people: the so-called Miracle of the Sun.
His Holiness John Paul II declared at Fatima in 1982 that the Fatima message "imposes an obligation on the Church.”
John Paul II tried twice to consecrate Russia, (May 13, 1982 and March 25, 1984), but Russia was not mentioned, nor all the bishops of the world participated. The world was consecrated, but not Russia.
7- Did the Pope succeed in carrying out the Consecration of Russia on March 25, 1984?
No! Sister Lucia herself declared in an interview to the magazine "Sol de Fatima", on September 1985, that "the act of March 25, 1984 did not satisfy Our Lady's request, because there was no participation of all the bishops, nor specific mention of Russia.”
On July 20, 1987, quickly interviewed while on her way to vote, Sister Lucia confirmed to journalist Enrico Romero that the consecration of Russia had not yet taken place, "because Russia was not explicitly named in that act of consecration.”
And John Paul II acknowledged after the 1984 ceremony that the Most Holy Virgin Mary still awaits the consecration of other locations (Russia): "Enlighten especially the people, from whom You Yourself are awaiting our Consecration and surrender." - C.f. L'Osservatore Romano (Published by L`Avvenire, official organ of the Italian Bishops).
8- Was the Consecration of the world in 1984 not enough to fulfill Our Lady's request?
No! From the beginning, Sister Lucia insisted: "Russia must be specifically mentioned in this act of consecration”.
In 1929 in Tuy -Spain-, the Most Holy Virgin Mary came to tell her: "the time has come to ask the Pope for the Consecration of that country”
In 1978, in an interview with Father Umberto Pasquale, he asked her: "Has Our Lady ever spoken of the consecration of the world?"
Sister Lucia said: "No, Father Umberto, never! At Cova da Iria, Our Lady promised: 'I will come to ask for the consecration of Russia'."
9- Doesn't the fall of communism prove that Russia has converted, and that the ceremony should have been effective?
No! In 1997 Russia enacted legislation that discriminates against the Catholic Church. Priests and nuns were only given visas for 3 months, non-renewable. The Vatican condemned this law as a step backwards. There has been no conversion!
10- Is it already too late for the Consecration of Russia, given that its errors have already been spread?
No! Our Lord said to Sister Lucia in Rianjo, August 1931:
"They do not want to heed My request! Like the King of France, they will repent and they will, but it will be too late. Russia will have already spread her errors throughout the world”. Our Lord confided to Sister Lucy, on the Consecration, "It will never be too late to have recourse to Jesus and Mary.”
And Our Lady prophesied, "In the end my Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate me Russia, who will be converted and some time of peace will be granted to the world."
11.- Why is the Consecration of Russia so urgent?
Our Lady warned at Fatima, in the Second Secret:
"If you do not heed My wishes, Russia will spread her errors throughout the world, promoting wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated.”
We have not yet seen the annihilation of the nations, although events are already foreshadowing it. Do we have to wait until this happens..., that various nations are annihilated, for us to fulfill exactly what Our Lady asked of us?
12.- But if the Pope believes that the Consecration has already been done, what right does anyone have to ask him?
The Pope has NEVER publicly declared that the consecration of Russia has been validly carried out. On the contrary, the words of John Paul II, quoted in the Osservatore Romano, show that he felt that some people still had to be consecrated. (Russia).
Sister Lucia confirmed to the journalist Enrico Romero, on July 20, 1987: "The Consecration of Russia has not yet taken place, because Russia was not explicitly named".
COMMUNISM: PROPHECIES AND REVELATIONS
